Who would have thought that the mean girl from MTV's The City would have stayed in the public eye all these years, let alone earn a place on my best dressed list! Olivia Palermo, the NYC staple who is always perfectly polished and accessorized, seems to continually step out in bold looks that manage to be both stylish and appropriate. She favors sleek and simple silhouettes, but mixes it up just enough so that we remain intrigued. Even though I recently wrote about her here, she is definitely worth of being called a Style Idol.
