Inspiration: Fit and Flare Dresses

Fit and Flare is a new name for a classic silhouette:

There is no denying that these dresses are fantastically flattering and somewhat dramatic, too. Sleek on the top and embellished to various degrees on the bottom, they hug your curves in all the perfect places.  I just love the assorted looks that this silhouette can take on - some can have a subtle, almost indiscernible flare, while others can be quite dramatic.  Most, however, fall somewhere in between.  Worn the right way, they can also be perfect for the workplace.
